The Chromatotron is a fast and convenient alternative to column chromatography. We have recently needed to produce our own plates, and have put together visual instructions to allow others to learn.

All of the materials used to make the plates are available from Harrison Research (www.harrisonresearch.com) and Sigma-Aldrich.
