Paul has 20 years of experience in specialty chemicals industry in markets such as textiles, coatings, personal care and detergents. He started with OSi Specialities (formerly part of Specialty Chemicals Division of Union Carbide Corporation) and progressed through successive sales and marketing roles, ultimately becoming a Global Business Manager for Crompton Corporation. Paul gained experience in an ealry phase, start-up enviroment at ChemDomain, Inc. (product development software). As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Paul helped shape the business model, and he developed and implemented the customer acquisition strategy. Paul has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
