N,N',N"',N""-tetra-salicylidene pentraerythrityl tetramine
DMSO was used as the reaction solvent in the synthesis of N,N',N"',N""-tetra-salicylidene pentraerythrityl tetramine. The title compound is useful as an anticorrosive additive to hydraulic fluids (U. S. Patent 3,468,802 ).
